On a Personal Note:
I love that several people responded to the photo of my orchid showing its first bloom! Look how far it's come today!
I appreciate the shares about everyone's own plants starting to bloom- this is such a this is such a simple thing that just makes me happy.
Thank you for sharing!
If your "spring reset" feels more like a struggle right now, that’s okay. Remember that even my orchid took its own time to bloom. You don’t have to "reboot" everything at once—being kind to yourself is the best way to start.

Now that it’s “officially” spring, let's talk about spring reset. There are small shifts that can improve your mood and energy.
Rather than aiming for drastic change, focus on small, intentional adjustments that support your mental wellbeing.
Reset your morning routine. Take in the daylight before reaching for your phone.
Reconnect with your body. A short walk, stretch, or spending time outdoors supports both your mental and physical health.
Declutter your mental space. We traditionally think of spring cleaning in terms of the home, but mental clutter is important too. Take time to step back from the news, social media, your notifications or overcommitments, allowing yourself to create a sense of calm.
Revisit your priorities. This is a great time to reassess: What actually deserves my time and energy now? Letting go of unnecessary pressure can be just as important as setting new goals, which we often do at the start of the year.
Small adjustments done consistently and with self-compassion tend to lead to more lasting change than dramatic overhauls.
