Life Transitions

Life transitions such as changes in roles, responsibilities and routines (for example: change in school or job status, retirement, moving, marriage, having a child/expanding the family, separation/divorce, reaching a significant age, having an existential crisis, loss in the family) can have an impact on your stress level, impacting your mental health.  It is common for people to experience anxiety, fear, loneliness and other physical symptoms when going through life transitions.  While these changes can be overwhelming, developing effective coping strategies can help with a smooth transition.
