About Caren Weingart, LCSW, BCD
I am a multi-state licensed psychotherapist and Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work with over 20 years of experience as both a clinician and administrator.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of mental health. What distinguishes my practice is a deep focus on the connection between behavior, emotional wellbeing, and physical health. With a second master’s degree in clinical nutrition and certification in health psychology, I specialize in helping individuals understand how their thoughts, habits, stress patterns, and life circumstances directly impact their overall health.
Many of the people I work with are high-functioning and capable — yet quietly overwhelmed. They may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, caregiving responsibilities, relationship strain, eating-related concerns, or the emotional impact of medical conditions. They are not looking for surface-level advice. They want thoughtful, evidence-based guidance and real change.
