Forgiveness Therapy

Forgiveness is an intentional decision to release or let go of resentment or anger towards
someone or a group of people who have hurt you. It does not mean you need to excuse or
forget the harm; it does not mean you need to make up with the person who hurt you. Instead,
it brings you peace, it can reduce the hurt’s grip on you and allow you to focus on yourself, to
move on with your life.
